Mint Fudge
There
are about 25 species of the mint plant and different ones have
similar but different uses. The peppermint, which has small
pink flowers, has leaves that produce an oil used in making
jellies and sweets. The lemon bergamot mint plant makes an oil
used in drinks and marinades. The Japanese mint produces
menthol. And I have no idea where mine comes from. I really
don't care either. Just so long as it does the trick!
