we use real Irish Cream but the alcohol is all boiled away by
the time we pour it out. The flavor remains which is true to
its name. In a nutshell it is a combination of Irish whiskey
and dairy cream. When Bailey’s Irish Cream is combined with
vanilla fudge it is “udderly” smooth tasting.
